VIDEO: Truckee’s Best Shuttle?
If you want a quick, fun shuttle, it's hard to beat this section of the Donner Lake Rim Trail and the Wendin Way Trail. It's got everything we love in Truckee - lake views, dusty switchbacks, fast flow, chunky rocks, etc.
To shuttle, leave one car at the Wendin Way Trailhead and head up to the Glacier Way parking area in Tahoe Donner. You'll have a small, scenic climb and then a fun downhill back to your car.
